Emanuele Preda
CHIEF OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS
Emanuele Preda began advising Loop AI Group in 2011, prior to its incorporation in 2012, and has served as a Board Member since 2015.
As Chief of Corporate Affairs, he leads strategic partnerships and relations with European investors and government institutions, supporting the company’s growth and long-term positioning.
Emanuele is a technology enthusiast and advocate for automation and artificial intelligence, with a long-standing focus on the ethical and effective adoption of emerging technologies in business and institutional contexts.
Emanuele has been the promoter of Loop Quantum AI Labs, the research spin-off of Loop AI Group dedicated to developing next-generation AI based on quantum-native first principles.
He has been a key driver in structuring innovative financial instruments to enable a broader base of professional and qualified investors to participate in Loop’s growth. Drawing on extensive experience with complex transactions involving cash, escrow, and equity components, he provides strategic guidance on M&A processes, including deal structuring, valuation discussions, integration planning, and stakeholder management.
He is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of SMS.it (1996), recognized as the very first pioneer in push notification services, mobile messaging and mobile internet – years before data transmission was even available on mobile phone networks. SMS.it was acquired in 2018 by Link Mobility Group, a global leader in mobile messaging solutions.
Emanuele has founded and led multiple ventures across telecommunications, micromobility, advertising and consultancy.
He also founded AI Strategy Group, a non-profit network of entrepreneurs, experts, and academics focused on responsible AI adoption and advocating policies to minimize the risk of job displacement.
After nearly three decades at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation, Emanuele is recognized as an expert in building and scaling technology companies and in fostering dialogue between industry, institutions, and the research community.
