Andrea Pitrone
CHIEF CUSTOMER SUCCESS OFFICER AND
CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER
Andrea Pitrone is the Chief Customer Success Officer and Chief Product Officer of Loop AI Group. The role includes responsibility at the global level, supervision, and coordination of all projects and pilot implementation activities for the development of cognitive computing applications (“Q Robots”) during all pre and post-sales phases.
The main objectives of Andrea’s role are:

to ensure that the Clients ultimately achieve the results and benefits targeted with the development of the whole set of agreed Use Cases (Cognitive Roadmap);

to coordinate Loop AI Group’ Strategy Partners while accomplishing the whole set of tasks needed to design and
implement the Cognitive Transformation Program Roadmaps for the adoption of cognitive computing within the Clients’ organizations and the re-engineering of their main core business processes;

to train, monitor, and control Loop AI Group’ Certified Partners (System Integrators) in charge of developing the cognitive applications, with the goal of ensuring that their delivery is executed on time and with the highest quality level.​
Furthermore, Andrea is responsible for the Product Development of Loop Q, the Unsupervised Cognitive Computing Platform and flagship product of Loop AI Group.

Andrea is an Electrical Engineer and a seasoned Manager, who holds an M.Sc. degree cum laude from the University of Catania, Italy, with twenty years of professional experience in management consulting and IT systems integration, acquired in Italy and abroad (Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia).

Previously, Andrea worked for Accenture for 12 years, for major Clients belonging to the Telco and Utilities Industries, holding positions of responsibility for Digital Transformation, Application Maintenance, and Service Management projects.
​
At the beginning of his career, Andrea worked for 6 years within a group of companies born as "spin-off" from Ericsson Telecomunicazioni and Alcatel Italia, covering the roles of Quality Assurance Manager, Pre-Sales Manager, Project Manager, and General Manager Staff Responsible.

Starting July 2018, Andrea is also a member of the Permanent Scientific Committee of Bemycompany, an Italian Venture Incubator.
